We require a credit card on file to reserve all appointments unless the appointment is prepaid in advance. It is our intention to provide our clients with professional and therapeutic services in a relaxing and friendly environment; we will tailor each treatment to our client’s individual needs. Our goal is to provide a quality, personalized, professional service that meets the needs of as many clients as possible. Everyone's time is valuable and that is why we adhere to a courteous and clear cancellation policy. Your massage session time is reserved just for you, and if you should need to change or cancel your scheduled appointment, we appreciate a 24-hour notice in advance. This advanced notice of your massage session time cancellation allows us time to schedule someone else in your spot. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 100 % of the price of the scheduled session as the session time will not likely be able to be resold. I understand that illness and emergencies can strike without warning and exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis. Appointments made within the 24 hours period, that are canceled less than 4 hours prior to the reserved appointment time will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.To cancel or reschedule, feel free to call or text your practitioner at 786-362-2096. Late Arrival PolicyAll treatment sessions have a specific time schedule therefore we regret that late arrivals may not receive an extension of scheduled appointments. In special cases, and when our schedule will allow, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be at our discretion and only with proper, advanced notification of your late arrival. The original reservation fee will be charged.
The therapist reserves the right to stop a session if there is inappropriate behavior or remarks. All deposits will be withheld.
Massage Bee LLC does not diagnose or heal any medical conditions. Please consult your medical practitioner about this. It is the responsibility of the client to keep the massage therapist informed of any medical treatment currently being taken and to provide written permission from the physician, chiropractor, physical therapist, etc., that the massage may be continued.
All new clients will be required to complete an intake form. This allows your therapist to better understand your history, and unique needs and provide a safe and enjoyable massage experience.
Children 17 and under who wish to receive a massage must have parental consent and a parent/guardian must sign intake form.
Children 16 and under must have a parent present during the massage appointment.
